We are very pleased to announce that we are implementing a new Attendance Increase to reward our dedicated Regular Part-time and Full-time CNA and LPN floor team, attract new staff, and improve attendance and accountability across the board. As of September 5th, Regular Part-time and Full-time floor CNAs will now have the opportunity to earn an $18/hour base rate and Regular Part-time and Full-time floor LPNs will be able to earn a $25/hour base rate. On top of these increased base rates, differentials for CNAs of $1/hr for second shift and $2/hr for third shift as well as differentials for LPNs of $5/hr for second shift and $2/hr for night shift will apply on every day of the week.
