Raffle tickets for a hand-made quilt are on sale at Cedar Haven to benefit four of the most beloved “Cedar Haven Cares” causes: The American Cancer Society, Huntington’s Disease Society of America, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Each organization strives to support families affected by these conditions and to fund research for the future. These efforts are near and dear to our hearts at Cedar Haven due to the individuals we know who have faced or are currently facing these difficulties. Their strength and perseverance inspires us.
The hand-made quilt features cross-stitched scenes of a couple walking, flowers, and a house. The design was hand-quilted by the Cedar Haven Quilt Guild many years ago. The top quilt was cross-stitched by hand before the full-sized display was quilted together. The colors are vivid and the design is charming. If you are interested in purchasing a raffle ticket, please visit us at Cedar Haven to learn more. The proceeds will be divided between the four aforementioned organizations after the drawing on May 1st. Tickets are $1 each or $6 for 5.
Thank you to the Cedar Haven team-members who have spearheaded the Cedar Haven Cares Quilt Raffle. You all exemplify the compassionate care that makes Cedar Haven such a wonderful place to call “home” for our residents.
