It’s time to announce the employees who have been selected as part of our monthly Employee Recognition Program. This month, Marilyn, Linnea, and Wendy were nominated and selected as the May Employees of the Month. You can read some of the comments provided by their coworkers below. Marilyn Reyes, CNA
“Marilyn goes out of her way to help others. She comes in early and will start residents on other assignments. She is always cheerful and pleasant. She is a true team player.”

“Linnea works non-stop all day between two floors. She keeps records, labs, and filing all together. Whenever you ask for a favor she drops what she is doing to help you. She treats the residents with respect and is always doing something for them too. If you don’t know where something is or where it goes, just ask Linnea. She has a smile on her face every day and makes your day brighter. You can count on her to get things done. We couldn’t get our work done without her. Thank you, Linnea for all your help and dedication!”
“Linnea has been a loyal employee and an asset to Cedar Haven since 1976. She has never abused her sick time and has always made it to work during snow storms to help our residents. She has a deep compassion for the residents here and is always willing to help them when she can and if she is qualified to perform their need. I don’t know if there is anyone at Cedar Haven that would say anything negative about her, she literally gets along with all the employees and residents. She is dedicated to the residents.”
