This month we continued our “Employee of the Month” program by recognizing 3 exemplary employees for their achievements. Please join us in congratulating them on their awards!

Every month, nominations are encouraged for the following:

  • Employees who are taking extraordinary steps in improving the lives of residents.
  • Employees who are alleviating concerns of residents’ loved ones and family members.
  • Employees who are providing guidance and mentorship to new members of the clinical staff.

Nannette Kaczmarek, CNA

“Nan goes over and beyond her duties. She is full of kindness and compassion for the residents. Their faces light up when Nan is there nursing assistant. She is constantly busy doing something. Nan is a joy to work with. She treats residents like they are a family member. She is the best!”

“Nan is an excellent CNA. She goes above and beyond for the residents. She takes initiative to help her co-workers without being asked to do so. She completes all her assignments with no hesitation. She always has a positive attitude.”

“Nan goes above and beyond for our residents on 1C. As Nan’s charge nurse, I would highly recommend her for this achievement. She picks up extra workload without complaint. She has a very positive attitude even when staff call off or assignment is heavy. Nan always makes sure all residents’ needs are met, volunteers to train new employees, and is highly deserving of this recognition.”

Keli Clements, CNA

“Keli goes above and beyond every day to help all residents and co-workers. Keli has a huge heart, loves her job and residents like family. When other floors are behind, she never hesitates to attend to their residents’ needs.”

“Keli is a “mover and a shaker”. She leads the CNA team on 3F. Her positive energy motivates co-workers and residents. She also volunteers to be a preceptor/mentor for our new staff. We appreciate her willingness to consistently go above and beyond. She is truly an asset to the Cedar Haven team.”

“Keli regularly volunteers to assist the nursing supervisors with serving meals in the main dining room. She also volunteers to help other units when they are falling behind without being asked to do it. She goes above and beyond on a daily basis.”

“Always does her job and always willing to help other floors when her work is done. Compassionate with all residents in the facility. Attendance is excellent, has never called off in the three years she has worked here. She always comes to work with a smile. Just a great asset to CHHC!”

Brianna Schneck, LPN

“Completes tasks in timely manner while keeping residents/staff safe. Dependable. Offers to help staff on unit. Team player. Communicates well with co-workers, residents, and family members. Respectful/courteous to all. Goes above and beyond tasks/job duties. Should be recognized as an outstanding employee. Always a leader and pleasant to work with.”

“Brianna is an asset to Cedar Haven. She recently became an LPN but will still work as a nursing assistant if needed. Brianna also comes in on other shifts if needed. She is a hard worker and dependable.”
