We kicked off 2019 at Cedar Haven by presenting three of our outstanding staff-members with an Employee of the Month certificate and gift card as a way of saying thank you for all that they do on a daily basis.
Every month we choose staff members who are exemplary in the following ways:
- Employees who are taking extraordinary steps in improving the lives of residents.
- Employees who are alleviating concerns of residents’ loved ones and family members.
- Employees who are providing guidance and mentorship to new members of the clinical staff.
Do you know someone who is deserving of an Employee of the Month or Quarterly Recognition Award? Nominate a Cedar Haven team member the next time you are at the facility!
