With Thanksgiving recently passing and Christmas around the corner, we wanted to acknowledge how very thankful we are for all of our amazing employees who excellently care for our residents day after day. In November, we thanked and congratulated three of our outstanding staff-members for a job well-done, by presenting them with an Employee of the Month certificate and gift card.

For an employee to be nominated, they must:

  • Take extraordinary steps in improving the lives of residents.
  • Alleviate concerns of residents’ loved ones and family members.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to new members of the clinical staff.

We hope you enjoy reading the testimonies that accompanied their nominations. Please also join us in thanking Diane, Amanda, and Kirstie for their dedication to providing quality care for our residents and their families.
