At Cedar Haven Healthcare Center, the health and safety of our residents, staff, and visitors remain our top priority. We are committed to providing transparent and timely information regarding COVID-19 cases within our facility.

Latest Update: 11-3-2023

As of posting:

1F, 2D, 3C and 3D have covid positive residents and staff should wear N 95s on these floors. Staff should use surgical masks on the other units. 

The main dining room is closed at this time and activities are encouraged on the units.

We encourage the visitors to wear masks on 1F, 2D, 3C and 3D.

We have not had residents admitted to the hospital with COVID during this outbreak. 

Visitation Policy

To keep the residents and staff safe remember to continue with good hand hygiene and respiratory hygiene practices.  It is important for staff and residents to be safe.  Any visitor or staff can choose to wear a mask in the facility.   The community continues with an increased amount of Covid and a slight increase in hospital admissions for COVID.
