Cedar Haven is very thankful to report that we have still not had a single case of COVID-19 among our staff or residents thanks in part to the extraordinary efforts our team has made to proactively protect our community. Because of this, we are still able to accept new admissions, but we do so thoughtfully and in a safe manner. For example, new residents who join us from the hospital or community enter a dedicated floor for a precautionary quarantine period before matriculating into the rest of the building. We have been taking this extra measure as another layer of precaution. We are proud of all members of the Cedar Haven team who have worked so hard to follow protocols closely and keep residents smiling during the process.
One highlight has included theme days with creative costumes and fun food. This week, 70’s day at Cedar Haven was filled with good vibes as the music jammed and TV dinners were enjoyed by all.
