Happy New Year! Top 10 blog posts of 2018

December is always an incredibly festive time at our facility. This December, the halls at Cedar Haven were decked as always and the residents had an abundance of fun activities to enjoy as our therapeutic recreation department and a variety of community groups shared their holiday cheer with us. The New Year is also a time of reflection as we think back on challenges and successes of the last calendar year. “Congratulations to the latest group of graduates who completed the Nursing Assistant Training (NAT) Program at Cedar Haven Healthcare Center as part of our October graduating class. Our talented staff education department, led by Darlene Weaver, offers a free, paid training course for those interested in launching their career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Cedar Haven. A CNA helps residents with their healthcare needs under the supervision of an RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse).
