Last week at Cedar Haven, we celebrated the achievements of the housekeeping and laundry teams led by Stephanie Robinson (Director of Housekeeping and Laundry at Cedar Haven), who achieved a deficiency-free survey for all environmental services items this year. As a result of their remarkable achievement, Cedar Haven was awarded an Excellence Pin from Healthcare Services Group (HCSG). During the award ceremony, our team members in the housekeeping and laundry departments received a certificate and enjoyed a celebratory meal of pizza and salad.
“Having a deficiency-free survey in this size facility is not an easy task,” Stephanie said. “This award shows just how hard our Environmental Services team works each day in making Cedar Haven continue to feel like home to our residents.”
