Promotion Details
Cedar Haven staff members are eligible to earn increased Referral Bonuses up to $1000 until January 31, 2021. Upon successful hire of the referred candidate for a full-time or regular part-time (at least 30 hours a week) position, the referring staff member would receive $250 upon orientation, $250 at 3 months, and $500 when the recruited staff member successfully works at Cedar Haven for 6 months. Team members will also earn tickets in a raffle drawing for one of four Cozy Winter Gift Baskets by doing the following:
-Earn 5 tickets for leaving a review on Indeed; Earn 1 ticket for every Facebook job post share; Earn 10 tickets for every application received from a new candidate (candidate must list you on their app)
-Drawings for 2 baskets per drawing day will be held on December 24, 2020 and January 31, 2021 based on tickets and recruiting activity tallied up by that time
