In order to attract and retain qualified nursing staff, Cedar Haven is offering a Sign-On Bonus to qualified candidates hired as new employees to fill full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and Registered Nurse (RN) positions.
To be eligible for the Sign-On Bonus, candidates must already be certified or licensed and must be hired between November 29th, 2017 and March 31st, 2018. The total amount of the Sign-on Bonuses, which are payable over time, are as follows:
CNAs $1,500
LPNs $2,500
RNs $3,500
- Former Cedar Haven employees who are rehired during the applicable period may be eligible for a sign-on bonus if they had a break in continuous service due to resignation for more than six (6) months, retirement, or failure to return to work as scheduled after an authorized leave of absence.
- If new employees remain employed in the nursing position for which they were hired, on a full-time basis, Cedar Haven will pay them the applicable Sign-On Bonus in three payments: 15% after orientation, 20% after 6 months, and 65% after one year.
