Cedar Haven is proud to partner with Serenity Hospice Care to introduce our collaborative effort—the Serenity Memory Care Support Group. Starting on February 22nd and every second Thursday of the month at 2 pm, this support group aims to be a haven for individuals caring for loved ones with Alzheimer’s or dementia.

- Supportive Environment: A safe space to share experiences and receive support.
- End-of-Life Discussions: Guidance and compassionate discussions on end-of-life considerations.
- Resource Sharing: Access to a wealth of resources to navigate the challenges of memory care.
- Holistic Support: Comprehensive assistance addressing both emotional and practical aspects.
- Goal Setting: Empowering individuals to set and achieve goals in their caregiving journey.
- Understanding Alzheimer’s and Dementia: Educational components to enhance understanding.
