Our Nursing Assistant Training (NAT) program is designed to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge needed to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). We are looking for caring and professional individuals to launch their careers at Cedar Haven Healthcare Center, a high-quality 324-bed skilled nursing facility. We provide high-quality skilled nursing, short-term rehab, memory care, and hospice services in Lebanon. Cedar Haven recently celebrated 50 years of providing high-quality healthcare for the Lebanon community thanks to our skilled and compassionate team.

Cedar Haven provides paid training and on-site testing for CNAs through our Nursing Assistant Training Program. If you are interested in becoming part of our next class, please apply for the Hospitality Aide position and indicate that you are interested in becoming certified as a CNA here at Cedar Haven.
