In December, Cedar Haven Healthcare Center awarded 107 team members with Service Pin Awards for their dedication to providing high-quality care for the Lebanon Community. These team members reached these impressive milestones in either 2015 or 2016. As part of an ongoing tradition at Cedar Haven, Service Pins are handed out upon every 5th anniversary of a team member’s employment. Notably, Susie Stamm celebrated 45 years at Cedar Haven in 2015.
