We are very thankful for our stellar employees who provide excellent care for our residents on a daily basis. This July we were able to recognize three of our outstanding staff-members by presenting them with an Employee of the Month certificate and gift card.
Nominations are encouraged for the following:
- Employees who are taking extraordinary steps in improving the lives of residents.
- Employees who are alleviating concerns of residents’ loved ones and family members.
- Employees who are providing guidance and mentorship to new members of the clinical staff.
Administrators, supervisors, co-workers, residents, and family members submitted many nominations for our Employee of the Month! Please stay tuned in the coming months to learn more about our dedicated and skilled staff. We hope that you will enjoy reading the brief explanations that accompanied their nominations. Please also join us in thanking Heather, Misty, and Paula for their dedication to providing quality care for our residents and their families.

Paula Buckman, LPN
“*Wonderful Nurse*. Positive person all the time. Very good with the residents. I have been with Paula a few weeks for training and I’ve learned a lot from her. She wasn’t afraid to tell me what I was doing wrong so I could fix it. Was always there for me if I needed help. Paula is a wonderful person. I would be grateful to be half the nurse she is. I am very thankful that I shadowed with her.”
“Excellent annual evaluation. Dependable- no sick leave usage in five years. Volunteers to be a mentor and preceptor for new LPNs. Professional demeanor, kind, and compassionate. Advocates for the residents.”
“She has patience and she’s consistent with teaching new employees to be successful as well as correct methods on care.”
