Rehabilitation & Therapy Patient Success Stories

“Let’s all celebrate this 103 year old rehab graduation resident, Elsie! After going through surgery she chose Cedar Haven for her rehabilitation in hopes to get back to her life and activities. In a little over a month Elsie is back walking with her rollator, and able to discharge to her assisted living setting. Elsie is the grandmother of Kelly, our Director of Rehab and made sure to entertain all the staff daily with her life stories and jokes. We will miss you Elsie, but wish you the best!”

“Today we celebrate Lorie for graduating her rehabilitation program! In less than 2 weeks she worked hard to achieve her goal of going back home after surgery. Her determination was admired by all of her nursing and therapy team. Congratulations Lorie!!”
