Choose the Short-Term Rehab facility in Lebanon with shorter length-of-stay and fewer hospital readmissions than the competition.
Many people in our community will face both surgeries or hospital visits this Fall and Winter, whether they were planned or unplanned. While Cedar Haven has offered short-term rehab services for decades, we have new statistics to share about the quality of care that sets Cedar Haven apart:
Cedar Haven 30-day Hospital Readmission Rate
National Average 30-day Hospital Readmission Rate
- Fewer Hospital Readmissions than the National Average: No one wants to return to the hospital after a procedure or unplanned stay if it can be avoided. Our 30-day Hospital Readmission Rate for all causes was 10.85% in 2017 and is 11.15% for 2018 to date, both well below the National Average of 15%.
Cedar Haven Average Length of Stay (Days) for Short-term Care
- Short Length of Stay for Short-term Residents: Our team will help you get back to your favorite activities as quickly as possible. The 55 residents who graduated from our Short-term Rehabilitation program in 2018 stayed with us for an average of 24 days before being discharged back to their homes. Choosing Cedar Haven means choosing great care so that you can enjoy life!
Cedar Haven # of Post-Op Artificial Joint Infections since Inception
- Perfect Track Record for Post-Op Artificial Joint Infections: Patients with artificial joints can be at risk for infections. At Cedar Haven, we have never once had a resident with a post-op artificial joint infection. This achievement points to the impressive infection control and care provided on a daily basis.
