For a limited time, we have increased our Sign-On Bonus for new nursing staff-members and the Referral Bonus for our existing team-members who refer new hires to our team!

Now is the perfect time to join our team at Cedar Haven! For a limited time (between Memorial Day and Labor Day 2018), we are increasing our referral bonuses for staff (normally up to $300) up to $500. Employees who refer a new hire will receive $50 after their orientation, $100 after 3 months, and $350 after 1 year. We also increasing our Sign-On Bonuses for CNAs ($2,000), LPNs ($3,500), and RNs ($5,000) who are already licensed or certified when they join our team. GRNs may also be eligible for a Sign-On Bonus!

Former Cedar Haven employees rehired during the applicable period may be eligible for a Sign-on Bonus under certain limited circumstances (see our Sign-On Bonus page for details). If new employees remain employed in the nursing position for which they were hired, on a full-time basis, Cedar Haven will pay them the applicable Sign-On Bonus in three payments.

All employees are eligible to receive the referral bonus by referring a new hire to a Part-time or Full-time position. Referred employees must indicate the referring employee’s name on their employment application.
