Activities (Therapeutic Recreation)
At Cedar Haven we offer many engaging and fun activities each month. We work with our residents to help enhance their quality of life, by focusing on their ability and adapting our activities to the needs of each individual. Some of our favorites include Bocce Ball, BINGO, Saturday at the Movies (Residents’ Choice), board games, Nails Plus, Holiday Trivia, and group games such as Guess 5 and the Price is Right. Our residents also have fun visiting our in-house gift shop or viewing our fish tank in the recently renovated lobby.
If you are creative or crafty you may enjoy our craft room fun. We explore different aspects of wood painting, yarn work, beading, flower arranging, and more.
If the outdoors or gardening is for you, you may enjoy our beautiful Legacy Garden or walks on the REC trail.
For our animal lovers, our friend Charlies the dog makes regular visits!
We also offer a wide variety of worship services to help fulfill residents’ spiritual needs.
